Lauren Manoogian is a knitwear and jewelry designer based in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design, she began work on her first jewelry collection, which launched in 2010. Not long after, Manoogian began working on creating knitwear pieces using “antiquated” looms and sustainably sourced organic yarn. Her work both in jewelry and knitwear is informed by her fascination with non-Western concepts of dress and form that speak of her passion for travel, distant locales, and craftsmanship.
